[Available only after Comprehensive Health Assessment – In person only] After the Comprehensive Health Assessment is complete, and you have implemented the initial dietary and lifestyle recommendations over the period of at least 1 month, we can move forward to complete a follow up of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and new 3 day food journal. This is an important step to look at what has changed over that time, and provide guidance around the priorities of healing. Is it Digestion? Blood Sugar Dysregulation? Our priorities change as our body's needs change during the healing process and this physical assessment offers real time communication with your body. This is why it is imperative to be prepared with updated information from you PRIOR to the Functional Clinical Assessment (FCA) and Lingual Neural Testing (LNT) Session. The FCA/LNT is an assessment where we work through a series of tests, that may include: 1. Taking blood pressure and pulse 2. Palpating reflex points 3. Testing the muscle fibers of limbs to stimuli 4. Balance test and more The Physical assessment helps to identify where stress lies in the body, the organ systems requiring the most support due to stress/dysfunction, and the priorities for healing. Through the process of Lingual Neural Testing (LNT), we access and utilise the biofield of the body to communicate and identify nutritional deficiencies and other stresses on the body, including food stressors, emotional or environmental stressors. This process uses various muscle testing techniques to determine nutritional support through therapeutic foods and/or supplements as well as lifestyle, stress management.
